Dr. Turner, Medical Director

Dr. Eddie Turner received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Savannah State University in Savannah, Georgia in 1997. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee in 2004. In 2009, he completed a Family Medicine Residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed a National Research Scholar Award Fellowship in Primary Care Research and participated in the Master of Public Health program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed a Health Policy Leadership Fellow with the Satcher Health Leadership Institute at Morehouse School of Medicine.

Dr. Turner has received numerous awards including the Outstanding Resident Award from Baylor College of Medicine, American Medical Association Foundation Leadership Award, American Academy of Family Physicians/Bristol-Myers Squibb Award for Excellence in Graduate Medical Education, and the Baylor College of Medicine House Staff Excellence in Teaching Award.

Barbara A. Kaiser, D.C.

Dr. Kaiser received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University.

When she was younger, she was in an automobile accident and after feeling the relief from Chiropractic treatment, she switched careers to become a Chiropractor to help others experience the same benefits. Her passion about what she does shows daily, as she and her children have always lived a Chiropractic lifestyle.  During her office hours she loves sharing the benefits of regular adjustments with her patients.

Dr. Kaiser specialized in Pediatric Adjusting during her schooling. After starting a family practice, she now treats automobile and sports injuries alongside general wellness care. Dr. Kaiser utilizes Activator Technique as well as Thompson and other gentle adjusting techniques, depending on which suits each patient best.  DrKaiser@comprehensivewellnesscenters.com

Mia Chance, Nurse Practitioner

Mia is an Adult Health Board certified Nurse Practitioner that has been in the Nursing field for 14 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University in 2009. She graduated from South University with honors with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2016. Mia began her career in critical care, pain management and aesthetics. She is passionate about helping people alleviate their pain and improve their quality of life. Mia offers a wide range of benefits for our Personal Injury clients, among which are PRP Injections and Trigger Point Injections. Mia’s gentle spirit and kind nature makes every patient feel cared for and taken care of. Mia is married and has a beautiful family. She enjoys traveling, soaking up the sun and spending time with her family.

Aldi Barcenas, Office Manager

Aldi has been in the Chiropractic/ Healthcare field for over 15 years at different facilities. Between running front offices and back offices, along with many other managerial positions, nobody is better with every aspect of patient care. Aldi is an office liaison between listening and caring for each and every patient as well as managing doctor needs, medical billing, medical records and client communications. She is also Bilingual with a Medical Spanish/English Interpreter Certification from the University of Georgia, which helps all patients feel the ease and comfort should they need help with communicating in Spanish. When patients call to schedule their appointments, they will have the pleasure of speaking with Aldi and being welcomed to our clinic.
The entire experience was great at this office. The staff, the energy, the doctors, everyone is clearly there to help. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone wanting their care and expertise.
